Forms were sent home last week in the mail containing immunization permission slips. For incoming 8th and 12th graders, there are a couple of specific vaccines required (TDAP and MCV4 - one or both depending on grade). If you received a form to your home and are interested in your child receiving the vaccines needed at school, there will be a nurse from the Nodaway County Health Department on April 5th here at school to administer those. Please send those forms and appropriate insurance information or payment of $20 as soon as possible, by March 28th at the latest. If you are not interested in your child receiving the vaccine at school, please have them vaccinated before the beginning of the school year and send the vaccination record to the school nurse.
