Northwest Missouri Basketball Tournament

January 20, 2021

This year's Northwest Missouri Basketball Tournament will be held January 25 - January 30 at the West Nodaway High School located in Burlington Junction, Missouri. The format of the tournament this year will be a 7 team bracket with pool play for the first two rounds. Games will be played Monday through Satruday with trophy games being held on both Friday and Saturday nights. 

The first two rounds of pool play will be as listed:

  • Boys Round #1 vs. Worth County - Monday, January 25 @ 9:00 pm
  • Girls Round #1 vs. West Nodaway - Tuesday, January 26 @ 4:30 pm
  • Boys Round #2 vs. East Atchison - Tuesday, January 26 @ 9:00 pm
  • Girls Round #2 vs. Worth County - Wednesday, January 27 @ 4:30 pm

Later dates and times will be determined by pool play records.

For more information regarding the tournament, please see the bulleted list below.

  • Admission: $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for students. No passes will be honored at the tournament. 
  • Guests may park in the east parking lot or the west side of the south parking spaces in the circle drive and enter through the east doors. Handicap parking spaces are designated in the circle drive on the south side (front) of the building. 
  • The higher seeded team in each contest will be marked as the home team.
  • A full concession stand will be available in the cafeteria. Only food and drinks purchased at the concession stand are allowed in the gym. All other food and drinks must remain in the cafeteria.
  • West Nodaway asks that all fans wear their masks inside the doors of the building.
  • Anyone can attend, but West Nodaway asks that you leave once your game is complete.
  • All games will be live streamed on the West Nodaway Facebook page.
