Big announcement time! Nodaway-Holt Elementary Student Council has chosen next year's school theme! We are so looking forward to saddling up and heading out on our 2026-2027 Western Adventure! We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Junior High Cheerleaders kicked off their first practice today! We had a great first practice and are so excited for our year together!

🌟SAE SPOTLIGHT🌟 Skyler Randall Skyler works for Acklin Vet Services and Acklin Farms. Depending on the day, Skyler does many different tasks. On this particular day Skyler was helping load and move heifers to different pastures. Great job!

Have you ever wondered what high school was like 100 years ago? This week we received a copy of the 1924 Graham High School Annual yearbook donated to us from the family of Lawrence Bennett, who graduated in 1929. We thank the family for their generosity and appreciate how well they've preserved it for the past 102 years.

Nodaway-Holt R-VII School is now accepting applications for the following teaching positions for the 2026-27 school year: 7-12 Social Studies and 7-12 English . NV Baseball Youth Camp

Athlete of the Year is awarded to one Nodaway-Holt female and male athlete from the academic school year as determined by a points system. Athletes earn points by competing in High School athletics (football, volleyball, cross country, basketball, track and field, baseball, and cheerleading) and by achieving varying accomplishments including: varsity lettering, cumulative participation, conference, district, and state recognition, academic all-state, and setting school records.
Congratulations to Miley Jenkins and Joe Smock, this year's recipients of the Nodaway-Holt Athlete of the Year award!

Additionally, congratulations to Miley on breaking the Nodaway-Holt javelin record with a throw of 27.14 meters at the the Stanberry Invitational, besting Bailey Owens' record from 2019.

And good luck to Joe and the Nodaway Valley Thunder baseball team as they compete at districts this week!
