Potential bidders are invited to submit an offer, under seal, to the Nodaway-Holt R-VII School District for purchase, and removal, of the following items: multiple tools, storage cabinets, file cabinets, welding booths, welding helmets, football blocking sled and lawn roller.

The School District will receive written, sealed bids until 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the Nodaway-Holt R-VII School District Superintendent’s Office, located in the Junior/Senior High School Building, 318 South Taylor Street, Graham, Missouri 64455. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. All interested parties are invited to bid and to attend the bid opening, but attendance by bidders at that meeting is not required. All timely received written bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:05 pm on  Thursday, July 30, 2026 with the highest bid for each item being accepted. 

Item removal will be at the expense of the buyer and must be completed prior to Monday, August 10, 2026. Payment must be received by the School District prior to item removal. For more details, and to see pictures, regarding the items for sale please go to www.nodholt.org.
