MOSAIC will be at Nodaway-Holt High School on May 1st to do FREE sports, band, & cheer physicals. Any student who plans on participating in JH/HS sports, band, or cheer during the 2026-2027 school year is required to have a current MSHSAA approved physical. We will also be opening these up to elementary students. Physical forms will be available in the high school and elementary offices and are also available for download.
